  • Create annual budget
  • Produce monthly financial statements
  • Issue assessment invoices and collect amounts owed
  • Ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner, and only when work is completed and to the Board’s full satisfaction
  • Responsible for transparent and accurate reporting and transactions

Vendor Management

  • Establish clear expectations and protocols for vendor partners
  • Acquire a minimum number of bids, as applicable, for the Board
  • Hold vendors accountable
  • Maintain mutually beneficial and positive relationships with community vendors
